Returns
Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed,
and in its original condition. All tags and original packaging must be intact.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via
WhatsApp or Email. A clear unboxing video and photos are required as proof.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed via store credit or bank transfer. The refund process may take 5–7 working
days after approval. Cash on Delivery (COD) charges are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. If the error is from our side (wrong or damaged
item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
